Toss-Turn-Catch- Toss the balloon up in the air with 1 or 2 hands, turn around 1 complete revolution, and catch it in front of your body using one or both hands. Under Leg Toss and Catch- Toss a balloon up in the air from under one leg and catch it with both hands. Move towards the balloon and catch it before it hits the ground.

Overhand Serve and Catch- Strike a balloon so it spins and flips in the air above your head. Let it go and shoot the balloon up in the air. Stem Launch (Balloon Rockets)- Hold the balloon and pull the stem down.

Overhand Throw and C atch- Throw the balloon overhand out in front of you.
